What to Expect During Your First Visit

Initial Consultation

Your first appointment typically lasts 30 to 45 minutes. We'll discuss what you're looking for, review fabric options if applicable, and take initial measurements. Bring any garments you want altered or reference pieces that represent your preferred fit.

Measurement Process

For bespoke work, we measure over 30 points on your body. This takes time, but accuracy at this stage determines the quality of the final garment. Wear fitted clothing to your appointment so we can assess your natural posture and proportions.

Timeline Discussion

Before you leave, we'll provide a clear timeline for your project. Alterations typically take one to two weeks. Bespoke garments require six to eight weeks. Wedding dresses need six to eight months. Rush services are available for urgent situations.
